Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Short version. The website collects only the email address and interest you type into the waitlist form. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address, the interest you choose, and the fact that you ticked the acknowledgment box.
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider and form provider see your IP address and browser details when you load the page or send the form.
Who handles it
- Formspree receives and stores waitlist submissions on our behalf and emails them to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this page, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To write to you about the Lowdraft beta and product news, and to understand what features people want. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your Keels and holdings
Where the Lowdraft tools run on your own computer, your Keels, files and holdings stay on your computer unless you choose to send them to us. Broker keys, if you use them, are stored on your device, and we never ask for your broker password.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Reply to any email from us or use the contact method described in the Terms, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights, and we will honor valid requests.
Keeping data
We keep waitlist information until the beta opens and for a reasonable time after, or until you ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Children
Lowdraft is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
